PURCHASING ARTWORK

Purchasing a print, Collector Edition or other physical artwork from The Luxe Print gives you ownership of the physical piece you purchased.

It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the underlying image or artwork.

Your artwork may be displayed and enjoyed in your home, office or other personal space, but it may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for reproduction, distributed, published, altered, resold as a reproduction, or used commercially without prior written permission.

WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA

Images appearing on this website and on The Luxe Print's social media channels may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes without permission.

We are always delighted when customers share photographs of The Luxe Print artwork displayed in their homes. When sharing your own photograph of purchased artwork on social media, attribution to The Luxe Print is appreciated.

COMMERCIAL, EDITORIAL & LICENSING USE

PORTRAITURE & COMMISSIONED WORK

Portrait and commissioned artwork remains subject to the copyright and usage terms agreed upon for that commission.

Unless expressly granted in writing, commissioning or purchasing a portrait does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
