The Luxe Print works with specialist fine-art makers in the United States and Italy.

Select handcrafted pieces, including Heritage Canvas, are Made in the USA, while select Collector Editions are Made in Italy. Country of origin and relevant production details will be noted on applicable artwork pages.

Collector Editions are selected works offered with elevated presentation, materials or craftsmanship.

Depending on the artwork, this may include limited availability, larger exhibition sizes, premium materials, specialist framing, handcrafted finishes, signed or numbered editions, or a Certificate of Authenticity.

Specific Collector Edition details are provided on each applicable artwork page.

Heritage Canvas is The Luxe Print's handcrafted canvas presentation, created individually and finished by hand with subtle brushwork that gives the surface depth and character beyond a conventional photographic canvas.

Production time varies according to the artwork, size, material and finish selected. Standard fine-art pieces generally require less production time than handcrafted or Collector Edition works.

Estimated production times will be provided on applicable artwork pages. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Because some things are worth making slowly.

Certain Collector Editions involve specialist production, hand-finishing or custom framing. These processes require more time than standard print production and are part of what makes the finished piece distinctive.

When tracking is available, it will be provided once your artwork has completed production and has been prepared for shipment.

Because each artwork is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on preference or change of mind once production has begun.

If you believe you've made an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we'll make every reasonable effort to help.

Please contact The Luxe Print within 7 days of delivery.

Keep the artwork and all original packaging, and provide photographs of the artwork, affected area and packaging whenever applicable. We'll review the issue and help arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution once the problem has been confirmed.

Ready-to-hang presentation varies by artwork and framing option. When hanging hardware or other installation details are included with a particular presentation, that information will be noted on the product page.

I deliberately made this cautious because different producers/products may handle hardware differently. We don't promise something universally that we may later regret.

Care requirements vary by material and finish. In general, display fine artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture and extreme changes in temperature or humidity.

Where a particular material requires specific care, those instructions will be provided with the artwork or noted on its product page.
